All sites come with sewer & water hook-ups, 8′ x 10′ sheds with a concrete base, concrete driveway runners and patio pads. Annual Airstream leaseholders may be allowed to have a washer and dryer in their shed.
From North of Melbourne:
Take Exit 183 (FL-518). Turn left onto Eau Gallie Blvd, then right at the first traffic light onto John Rodes Blvd. LYH is .6 miles on the left.
From South of Melbourne:
Take Exit 180 (US-192) onto W. New Haven Blvd. At the second traffic light, turn left onto John Rodes Blvd. LYH is 1.9 miles on the right.
Volunteerism continues to be a key factor in keeping rental and lease rates at a relatively low level. We are proud of our volunteer staff & grateful for all the activities and services they provide.
Land Yacht Harbor residents take pride in the parks’ friendly atmosphere and endeavor to foster and encourage personal relationships through various social activities consistent with residents’ interests and abilities. The following is but a shortlist of some of the regular activities and events. There are many street parties, potlucks, and afternoon socials that occur on an impromptu basis. Rest assured you won’t get bored from lack of things to do or interesting people to meet!
Park-sponsored luncheons at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Resident/Volunteer Appreciation Day.

All sites have electric, water, and sewer hookups. Water & sewer hookups are included in the site rental/lease fee at no additional charge. Electricity usually runs about $1 – $2 a day depending upon usage.
All sites have underground cable. Cable TV and high-speed internet data streaming service is available through Spectrum per their rates; however, many over-the-air TV channels are available for free.
Propane: Portable tanks are picked up and filled on site; propane is also available for motor homes.
Free wi-fi is available at the recreation hall.
Cell phones and cellular data work well throughout the park.
Air-conditioned recreation hall with large screen HD TV.
